Family Superior Suites
Two of the Superior Suites, which measures 170 square meters are truly breathtaking and are ideal for families. The open plan living room has it’s own fire place that leads to the master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and inside and outside rain showers. DIRECTIONS TO KAPAMA KARULA LODGE
By Flights
The Kapama Private Game Reserve which is located within the Greater Kruger National Park wilderness area, borders on the boundary of Eastgate Airport. It is an hour flight from the Johannesburg International Airport (ORTIA) to Eastgate. Guests will be met by the Kapama staff and transferred to the camp which takes a few minutes in a 4×4 safari vehicle. There are regular scheduled daily flights to Eastgate Airport from Johannesburg. Also, guests can as well arrange charters from other centres.
By Self-drive route (4 and a half hour drive)
Take either the N12 or N4 from Johannesburg to Witbank and Middelburg. Turn onto the R540 towards the Belfast, Dullstroom and Lydenburg. Dullstroom is a quaint old-world town which is famous for its trout fishing – an ideal halfway stop. From Lydenburg move forward to the R36 to Orighstad, through the Strydom Tunnel to Hoedspruit. At the Hoedspruit, take the R40 in the direction of Klaserie. The main entrance for the Kapama Private Game Reserve is on the left hand side.
